Holistic Yoga & Healing Meditation Program is a 6 week Program (90min-120min) weekly sessions) that combines Holistic Yoga with Holistic Healing Meditation (Guided Meditation session) to help you attain inner peace to restore your wholeness and empower yourself to realize your dreams!
For those who are looking for ways that combines yoga with guided meditation, this program is recommended. The program has the three following parts and is offered in person live through either private or group sessions in Austin, TX and Retreats in Special locations throughout the world, as well as through online video and audio recordings.

Opening Up for a New Beginnng

Deep Stretching class will help you let go of past pain and open up to new possibilities.
This is 1x 90min sessions, the first part of 6 week Holistic Yoga & Meditation Program that combines Deep Stretching Holistic Yoga with the guided healing meditation to help you open up and activate your chakra system.
Healing for Inner Peace
Heal the past pains, trapped emotions & limiting beliefs to unleash your gifts of masculine qualities of planning, analyzing, logic and action & the feminine qualities of compassion, beauty, creativity, receptivity & intuition.
Intestine Healing class will help you get relief from digestion issues, insomnia, anxiety & depression.
This is 4x 2hr sessions, the middle part of 6 week Holistic Yoga & Meditation Program that combines Intestine Healing Holistic Yoga with the guided healing meditation to help you heal the past pains, trapped emotions and limiting beliefs, and activate the gifts of masculine & feminine essence.
Cosmic Union for Vitality
Integrate all aspects of yourself into wholeness to enjoy the fullness of life.
Korean Taichi class will revitalize you and give you relief from nervousness, tension & lethargy.
This is 1x 2hr session, the last part of 6 week Holistic Yoga & Meditation Program that combines Korean Taichi with the guided healing meditation to help you integrate all aspects of yourself into wholeness and envision realizing your dreams, your divine plan!
